As one of the UK’s largest technology providers, Novatech has been working alongside Monzo to support its business expansion, with the implementation of a zero-touch equipment ordering system as well as remotely managed warehousing.
Over the past decade, Novatech says its has been working hard to diversify its services, offering more extensive customer support to build better relationships with companies like Monzo.

In order to make this partnership a success the team at Novatech focused on key communication with Monzo, the speed and ability to order, and managing the supply chain. Novatech have also been involved in the recent complete process of new networking for Monzo, installing network infrastructure cabling, access control system, racks, cameras and access points in all three of Monzo’s Cardiff offices.
