Exertis to distribute Hyper USB-C hubs for Macbook, iPad, PC and Surface

USB-C connectivity is rapidly becoming the standard data and power connection across all major device form factors and platforms, including iPad Pro and Macbooks. However, existing accessories require adapters, dongles and cables to extend their value and life.

Recognising this trend, Exertis has announced an exclusive agreement with Sanho Corporation to distribute the Hyper brand of USB-C connection solutions.

Hyper’s extensive range of hubs provide a compact solution for connecting existing HDMI, Thunderbolt, SD, microSD and USB 3 accessories and devices, whilst simultaneously delivering power.

Designed for Macbook Pro, iPad Pro, PCs, and Microsoft Surface, Hyper’s hubs are made from high-grade aluminium and deliver full power on every USB-C port.

Matthew Balcombe, accessories business unit commercial director at Exertis, said: “Hyper’s premium hubs and drives lead the way in compact USB-C hub design and performance. They are award-winning and really define the hub market with connectivity solutions from three to eleven ports. Hyper products are premium design and presented in fantastic packaging, so this is an opportunity for resellers and retailers to capitalise on a high-growth sector as manufacturers increasingly adopt the USB-C standard.”

Hendrik Heyrman, senior vice president sales at Hyper, added: “Hyper, as one of the fastest growing brands in Europe needed to team up with a distribution partner that could support us through this growth phase and beyond. Exertis’ market reach, drive and professionalism made them the perfect choice. We look forward to forging a fantastic partnership with them in the years ahead and making Hyper the number one brand for USB-C connectivity in Europe.”

Exertis is the exclusive distributor for Hyper in the UK, Ireland, the Nordics and Spain. The full range of Hyper USB-C Hubs for iPad Pro, Macbook Pro and Air, PC and Microsoft Surface Hub are available now.
