Westcoast partners with foldable smartphone maker Royole

Westcoast has announced a new partnership with Royole, which will see the technology distributor extend the brand’s reach in the UK.

Royole focusses on cutting-edge flexible displays, flexible sensors and smart devices. You may recognise the name from CES 2019, where the company unveiled the FlexPai, beating Samsung in the race to officially releasing the world’s first foldable smartphone.

Set up to move “beyond traditional IT distribution”, Westcoast will supply Royole’s pioneering products while offering its ever-growing customer base of IT resellers and retailers the “high service levels, expert training and market support for which it has become renowned”.

On the appointment of Westcoast, general manager for Royole in Europe, Harold Cobben, commented: “We’re thrilled to have partnered with Westcoast, one of the largest IT distributors around. The relationship will help us grow, respond more quickly to demand, and operate with greater flexibility as continue to improve the way people interact with the world. There are many exciting developments on the horizon for Royole, and this partnership will enable us to expand our offering across a vast customer network, allowing a larger pool of customers to enjoy our innovative products.”
