Tech Data to showcase next-gen security solutions at Infosec 2019

Tech Data will be demonstrating how it can assist resellers at all stages of their security journey at this year’s Infosec show, which takes place at London Olympia on 5th-6th June, 2019.

“Our security practice is thriving, and we will be demonstrating all our capabilities at Infosec. We’re really looking forward to talking to new and existing partners about the many opportunities we see for us to work together to grow their security and data protection sales,” said Alison Nixon, business unit director of security, Tech Data UK.

“We are particularly excited about our new Secure Cloud proposition, which builds on two of the biggest trends in the market today to open up new potential for our partners.”

The Secure Cloud proposition – which Tech Data is debuting at Infosec – provides a framework to help customers address the changing dynamics and new dimensions of protection and evolve their strategy, as customers start to adopt third and fourth platform solutions.

Even before they get to the entrance, visitors to Infosec will be greeted by a fully-branded Tech Data double-decker bus, which will be parked by the Grand Entrance Hall, adjacent to the registration area. This is being manned and sponsored by a number of Tech Data’s security partners, including Cisco, IBM, Malwarebytes, RSA, SonicWall and Veracode.

Visitors will be able to meet with these companies and with Tech Data Security team staff on the bus. Partners and their customers will also be invited to a drinks reception taking place on the bus at 4.00pm on both days of the event.
