Channel services provider Agilitas IT Solutions has committed to a new channel agreement with award-winning systems integrator Cisilion to expand its services beyond the UK.
The partnership will see Agilitas support Cisilion’s global growth ambitions through enhanced channel services, helping Cisilion to develop and deploy relevant IT services for its growing customer base.
Cisilion will be utilising Agilitas’ Inventory-as-a-Service (IaaS) solution, in the form of its InventoryAssure + service, providing an end-to-end hardware spares and engineering provision. This will enable Cisilion to remain increasingly cost efficient, whilst enhancing service levels to its customers in the UK and overseas markets.
The Agilitas IaaS solution has already delivered a 30% reduction in costs in the UK for Cisilion across an inventory of over 5,500 parts.
Together, Agilitas and Cisilion will provide a multi-vendor inventory management and engineering resource solution for customers across the Europe and beyond. The strategic partnership will also help Cisilion to expand its in-house core service offering and support options for customers by delivering up to 2hr service level agreements across multi-vendor infrastructure.

Agilitas’ rapid international growth will also allow it to introduce Cisilion to customers in new overseas markets, further driving its global growth.
