Philips PDS (Professional Display Solutions) has extended its warranty on Pro TV products to three years, creating one warranty period across the company’s entire product portfolio.
Philips PDS says the new warranty extension demonstrates the company’s commitment to product quality. The company’s confidence in the outright quality of its products is further demonstrated by the option of an easy warranty extension from three to five years on all Philips professional displays.
“Our signage solutions are already known in the AV Channel for their exceptional quality and by aligning the same three year warranty with Professional TV we build on the existing trust for all our products with distributors, installers and end users while at the same time creating a clear and easy one warranty structure that can be extended further out to five years,” said Philips PDS sales director and international key account manager Roeland Scholten.
The new extended three-year warranty will be available on all products bought from November 1st 2018 onwards.
