In my Team: All Copy Products

The team at family-run printer supply and service company All Copy Products talk about growth in the business, customer satisfaction and why whoever said the print industry is dead is wrong.

Who makes up the All Copy Products team?

All Copy Products is owned and managed by Alan and Christopher Plummer. We are a family run business located in Milton Keynes and we run in partnership with Printer Medic. The entire team across both businesses consists of Alan, Christopher, Joanne and Adrian.

What services do you offer?

The two companies offer supply and service of office equipment, specialising in photocopiers and printers and their consumables. All Copy Products is a RICOH dedicated dealer and Printer Medic specialises in HP printers, however it does also supply and service other brands including OKI, Brother, Kyocera, and Xerox. If you would like a quote for a machine or to see if we can supply you toner at a cheaper rate, please give us a call!

How has business been so far this year?

It has been great – whoever says the print industry is dead is wrong! Both businesses have seen a nice growth and we have recently taken on Joanne to assist with the day-to-day operations of both businesses, as well as the marketing side of things.

What’s the best part of working in the print industry?

Alan has worked in the industry since 1982 and for him, the best part is getting customer satisfaction when we supply quality, reliable products with great honest customer service.

Our customers appreciate that with us, they do not get tied into any long term contracts. They also own the equipment that they pay for, so there are no nasty surprises.

Who makes the best cup of tea?

We actually all work in separate locations. Christopher and Adrian are field based, Joanne is office based and has never drunk tea (or coffee)! And Alan is based across the office and field. He would say he makes the best cuppa!
