IFA 2018: AOC supports Young IFA with 60 gaming monitors

AOC has announced its support for Young IFA by providing over 60 gaming monitors for the four-day event at this year’s IFA show in Berlin.

Young IFA is specifically aimed at young visitors and their families. Taking place in hall 15.2, young people can meet in designated rooms of the Young IFA “commune” and participate in diverse activities, including playing at gaming stations equipped with AOC gaming monitors and taking part in workshops.

The Young IFA hall will showcase brand new technologies and gadgets especially geared towards young people and offer interactive, fun action for millennials, students and their families.

Visitors can experience immersive gaming setups and meet influencers, YouTubers, and cosplayers. In three gaming rooms, with over 40 gaming stations, visitors will be able to experience the performance of AOC’s gaming monitors and play games which include The Crew, Dragon Ball Fighter Z, League of Legends, Mario Kart Deluxe 8, Minecraft and more (all USK 12 compliant).

The Young IFA gaming area will be fitted with a wide range of AOC’s premium AGON gaming monitors, such as the 24”, 144 Hz, FreeSync AG241QX, the 27”, 165 Hz, G-SYNC AG271QX and the curved, 31.5”, 144 Hz, FreeSync AG322QCX and the 24”, G-SYNC and 144 Hz G2460PG from the mainstream gaming monitor lineup.

Young IFA will also host the 9th open Berlin Cosplay Championship on 1st September and various interactive workshops including School of Photography, Casemodding and more.

IFA 2018 takes place from 31st August to 5th September at Messe Berlin.
