Jigsaw24 boosts enterprise business offering with strategic senior hires

Leading IT solutions and services provider Jigsaw24 has announced the appointment of two new strategic hires to boost its charge into the enterprise market.

Former Esteem sales and marketing director Tim Bodill joins the company as enterprise business director, and experienced client services director Paul Scott takes the role of dedicated enterprise account manager, following his departure from Viewdata as technical sales director. Both will be responsible for educating and helping enterprises deploy and take full advantage of Apple devices within their organisations.

Tim brings with him a vast wealth of experience in IT and managed service delivery, joining Jigsaw24 from IT managed services company Esteem, where he was Sales and Marketing Director. Before this, he was Sales Director at IT infrastructure services company Phoenix IT, who were acquired by Daisy. During his time at Phoenix IT, Tim formed a close relationship with Jigsaw24, developing a range of customer solutions, and is now looking forward to new projects as part of the team. Tim will be responsible for coordinating Jigsaw24’s approach to enterprise across the entire business.

Historically, Jigsaw24 has delivered Apple solutions and support for the creative, education, design, broadcast and post-production industries. For over 25 years, the company has helped these sectors to understand the Apple ecosystem by implementing and managing iOS and macOS devices on their behalf, irrespective of their makeup. With the growth of Apple devices within enterprise organisations, due in part to the rise of the millennial workforce and trends such as digital transformation, enterprises now represent a tremendous growth opportunity for Jigsaw24.

Speaking on his appointment, Bodill said: “I’ve worked with Jigsaw24 for some time. They’re quite unique in the way they treat their staff and customers; the values that come through as a result make for a completely different customer experience. I’ve now joined the team with the objective of building a stronger enterprise business. We’re trying to get more Apple devices into the workplace, and we’re in a unique position due to the fact that we’ve been selling Apple into creative businesses for almost 30 years. Expectation from users is different now, and the message to CEOs, CTOs, CIOs and also HR, is that you can make your company more attractive to the talent market by the quality of the equipment you give employees.”

Paul Scott is an experienced major account client director/business development manager with a true passion for technology and innovation. He has over 20 years’ experience in supplying Apple and mobility solutions into enterprises, working with many FTSE 100 companies including some of the world’s leading banks. He has consistently been pushing the envelope of Apple solutions in enterprise and brings a wealth of knowledge to Jigsaw24 which will allow the company to expand its enterprise experience for customers.
