Context’s Jonathan Wagstaff to give Connected Home keynote at PCR Boot Camp 2016

The phenomenon of the Smart Home is one of the biggest trends in the tech market right now – but how do retailers make the most out of the plethora of interconnected, web enabled devices, from fridges that order food straight from the store, to devices that allow you to control central heating from the other side of the globe?

Jonathan Wagstaff, UK country manager at Context, will be delivering a keynote on the subject at PCR Boot Camp 2016, which takes place at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, May 18th.

Titled ‘Get Smart’, his talk will tell dealers how they can cash in on the connected home revolution.

Wagstaff is responsible for the UK + IE IT distribution, corporate reseller, and retail panel for Context, having previously managed EU data-collection projects for major vendors, and is closely involved in Context’s Smart Home Research Group.

The 6th annual PCR Boot Camp South will bring together 250+ of the leading small to medium sized resellers, retailers and systems builders in the PC retail industry, all of whom are looking to discover new ideas, make new connections and stay at the forefront of innovation in tech retail.

The new venue – at Emirates Stadium in the heart of North London – will offer delegates and expo partners easily-accessible, top-class facilities.

As usual, the morning will kick off with a conference, which will include a number of talks from industry experts, as well as panel sessions that will inform, educate and inspire on topics directly relevant to technology dealers.

The afternoon expo will provide a platform for attendees to check out the latest products and services on offer, network with peers and do business with manufacturers, distributors, buying groups and more.

PCR Boot Camp 2016 has a range of Expo Partner packages available for vendors and distributors looking to engage with the UK’s PC and tech retailers, resellers and system builders. The event offers an unparalleled opportunity to meet both existing customers and secure new business.
