Synaxon’s TrustATec network for finding local IT services has partnered with business review firm TrustPilot.
TrustATec lets users find local IT services and support in their area, and aims to provide transparency through standardised services and fixed prices.
It offers professional IT services in specific regions, laptop and PC repair, and IT services for corporate customers. There are 20 standardised services that each TrustATec can offer, from repairs to storage, servers and so on.
All TrustATec partners are profiled and vetted for their quality of service and technical capability.
They are required to abide by the TrustATec partner Code of Practice (which you can read here) and the service levels they deliver to customers are monitored through TrustPilot, the largest international authority in rating of customer service levels.
Launched in January 2016, the TrustATec network stretches nationwide across the UK, providing fixed-price servicing for end customers in their locality and professional technology servicing for business customers.
While UK reseller services group Synaxon owns and manages the TrustATec brand, all services partners operate as individual businesses.
TrustATec is an Event Partner at this year’s PCR Awards, which takes place at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington on Thursday March 10th 2016.
