Distributor Tech Data has announced a new Europe-wide agreement with Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT), a provider of advanced hardware and integrated systems to cloud datacenters.
Through the agreement, reseller partners across Tech Data Europe’s entire footprint now have access to QCT’s range of cloud datacenter solutions, including servers, storage, network switches and integrated rack systems.
QCT is a subsidiary of Quanta Computer Inc., a Fortune Global 500 technology engineering and manufacturing company.
“The addition of Quanta Cloud Technology to our vendor portfolio gives our customers access to a highly innovative range of flexible and scalable solutions for the datacenter environment,” said Michael Urban, senior vice president, Broadline, Services, CE, and Procurement at Tech Data Europe.

Tech Data recently announced the appointment of Oscar Ulander as its dedicated business development executive (BDE) to drive activity on Microsoft’s Services Provider License Agreement (SPLA) scheme.
The scheme gives resellers a way to offer Microsoft solutions as part of their own hosted service.
