Wiccan witch and ordained minister Reverend Joey Talley believes she can exorcise viruses from computers.
In an interview with Motherboard, Talley describes how she uses a combination of sage, stones, spells and the flush of a toilet to rid PCs of troublesome viruses in Northern California.
“I just go in and work the energy,” she told the publication. “And there are different stones that work really well on computers, chloride is one of them. Also, some people really like amethyst for computers.”
Talley also spoke about how she uses magic spells and charms to exorcise the machines: “Sometimes I do a magic spell or tape a magic charm onto the computer somewhere. Sometimes I have a potion for the worker to spray on the chair before they sit down to work.
She then performs a ‘vanishing ceremony’ using a black bowl with a magnet and water to draw the virus out. Then sages the computer to chase the negativity back into the bowl, which is then flushed down the toilet.
Talley said she has never come across a virus that she hasn’t been able to solve yet.
She claims to be approached by a individuals rather than companies, as they are ‘afraid’ and ‘don’t want to be accused of being ridiculous or stoned or devil worshippers’.
So what do you think? Could we start to see Wiccan tech support services pop up this side of the pond or is this just a load of horsepucky? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
