Black Friday has completely altered how retailers sell over the festive period, and we’re arguably still finding our feet in this area.
Should physical stores get involved? What’s the best way to drive sales without crashing your website? Is Black Friday even worth it? These are all questions that we’ll be able to better answer in the coming years.

On the cloud computing front, both Amazon and Microsoft are fighting to launch UK-based datacentres.

In light of this, we’re introducing a Team of the Month profile to highlight some of the seemingly underrated but vital teams in the industry, from warehouse staff to sales teams, HR, store staff and more.
