Events like Boot Camp North are a powerful way of reaching customers – Centerprise

Created 20 years ago as a division of Centerprise International, the distributor is aiming to be the No.1 partner for rugged products in the UK, showcasing a wide range at this year’s Boot Camp North.

A key brand for the company are Toughbooks and Toughpads, and through a strong partnership with vendor Panasonic, it is now one of the largest distributors of the products within the UK.

We have had some fantastic support from Panasonic, who have helped us win big contracts with our customers,” says Emma Loveless, distribution manager at Centerprise International.

“We will ensure this relationship continues to go from strength to strength. Panasonic will be releasing some great new products later in the year and we are excited to be one of their most valued partners in the industry.”

The Centerprise team is looking forward to engaging with current customers at this year’s Boot Camp North, but it is also looking to connect with prospective new partner too.

“We believe that events are a powerful way of reaching out to customers, so we regularly take part in events that will enable us to engage with our audience,” explains Loveless.

Centerprise says that an important part of its client relationship is making sure all customers have a dedicated account manager who can support them, from choosing the right product up to the delivery of the goods.

“We ensure that all staff are experts in their field, which enables us to help our customers in choosing the right products for their environment,” adds Loveless. “Being a small but focused team, we can adapt to our customers’ requirements quickly and efficiently, which is something our bigger competitors cannot offer.”

Loveless says: “We are always looking to expand our business and we soon hope to announce additions to our portfolio. This will increase our product offering, allowing us to meet our customers’ requirements even more effectively.”
