D-Link?s new Unified Wireless Controller aims to meet evolving enterprise demands

D-Link has unveiled its new Unified Wireless Controller, which the firm says compliments many of the enterprise-grade solutions channel resellers already offer.

The scalable wireless access management solutions is aimed at medium-to-large enterprise environments and boasts the ability to manage up to 1,024 wireless access points in a controller cluster. The device is ideal for university campuses, healthcare, managed offices, hotels, multi-floor and multi-building office environments, says D-Link.

– Multiple SSIDs and Rogue AP detection

– Customise captive portal and wireless mapping

– AD integration

– 4+4 wireless controller redundancy and AP provisioning

– Self-organising, self-optimising and self-healing technology
