Following the launch of Windows 10, users have flocked in their masses to upgrade their devices, but one such user has experienced a rather embarrassing problem.
After installing the new operating system (OS) the update automatically transformed his entire porn collection into a slideshow saved as a screensaver.
The awkward scenario was first discovered by the user’s wife, who unfortunately found the images the next morning.
Reddit user FalloutBoS posted the incident online as a warning to others who may also have a stash of porn on their PCs.
He said via Reddit: “Loaded up WIN 10 last night and left it on to do its thing. Woke up to wife asking why I set it to rotate all my porn images right on the desktop view.
“I have no idea how to shut that feature off and that computer is staying shut down until I do. Free windows and a free trip to the doghouse. Thanks Microsoft!!!”
The images were saved in the user’s ‘My Pictures’ folder, which Windows 10 uses to create a slideshow.
FalloutBoS has warned others not to save their private pictures in the ‘My Pictures’ folder, to help those avoid the same fate.
Luckily, the Reddit user has informed followers that his wife has since forgiven him for the images.
