Major growth in data centre solutions has helped to drive Example IT Ltd, and the firm’s account director Trevor Manners tells us why he plans to expand its presence across the UK…
What products and services does the company offer?
Example IT Ltd specialises in providing the highest level of service to our customers. We pride ourselves on delivering true value to our customers ensuring long term partnerships.
We offer a wide range of products and services including consultancy, cloud, deployment, maintenance, global help desk support and we are a specialist in data centre services. We aim to be an extension of our clients IT department, a single point of contact for all their IT requirements.
What’s been your biggest growth area recently?
Over the past 12 months we have seen a lot of growth in our data centre solutions and services, a lot driving from Windows server 2003 upgrades but also from the great range of storage and server solutions that Example IT can offer.
We work with customers on what solutions are required based on current pain points, future growth plans and of course budget.
How important is social media to the business?
Very important and it’s a growing aspect of our business, we are focusing on growing our online presence alongside the marketing tools supplied by Synaxon.
What are the biggest issues you face with today’s market?
Customer adoption of changes in license programs from vendors.
What do you have planned for the rest of 2015?
Example IT has seen fantastic growth year-on-year and forecasting another successful year. With this in mind we are looking to expand our presence across the UK with a satellite office and a recruitment push to drive our business forward and continue to grow organically.
