Overclockers reveals new Blade gaming range

Memory storage vendor Verbatim has expanded its range of SD cards with the launch of the Pro+. The card can reach Class 10 standards as well as UHS-I Speed Class 3 standards.

It also comes with read speeds of up to 90MB/s and write speeds of 80MB/s, providing users with access to full 4K video recordings.

This week Overclockers has revealed its new gaming range, dubbed Blade.

The systems have been tailored to the current market’s needs and will feature a wide selection of options to allow users to optimise their systems for their own requirements.

The range features gaming PCs including The Titan Karambit, Tanto, Katana, Scythe, Sabre, Rapier, Dagger, Scimitar and the Machete.

The retailer has also expanded its Leadex series of Super Flower power supplies with the Platinum 550W, 650W, 750W, 850W, and the Titanium 850W and 1000W, as well as the 550W Gold.

Antec has unveiled the TrueQuiet 120 UFO, a quiet fan for PC housings. It features nine fan-blades that prevent swirls and any unwanted noise, as well as rubberised contact points meaning vibrations are minimalised.

The fan is priced at £12.95 and is available for purchase now.

Dell has announced a series of updates to its Toad family of database solutions, which enable customers to automate agile development practices, improve data preparation for analytics and reporting and gain flexibly in selecting database platforms.

New releases within the Dell Toad range are available now with prices starting at $595 (£378) per user.

In addition, Advantech has launched the UBC-220, an ARM-based compact box computer powered by a Freescale ARM Cortex A9 i.MX6 Dual Lite high-performance processor.

It comes equipped with 1GB of onboard DDR3 memory and 4GB of flash memory, and supports USB 2.0 and USB OTG.

Synology had also announced its new VisualStation VS360HD, which offers support for showing video feeds from up to 36 network cameras.

It features a dual Full HD video display output via HDMI and VGA, and is priced at £60.

Lastly, Roccat has added a new gaming surface to its Taito series. The Taito Control comes with a size of 400x320mm and a smooth surface to help enhance commands with a mouse. The mouse is priced at $16.99 (£11) and is available now.
