GOOGLE
According to Google, more than 5 million businesses are using its Apps for Work. The firm offers professional email services, online storage, shared calendars and video meetings.

SAGE ONE
Sage has a number of free apps, including Sage One, which lets users create and email professional invoices to their customers, record payments, see who owes you money, and lets you record and categorise expenses while on the go.

BLUR
Blur provides businesses with a simple way to submit a project while on the go. In just three steps your brief can be listed on blur’s marketplace and available for thousands of vetted service providers to pitch. You can then visit blurgroup.com to manage your shortlist and get the project kicked off. Blur enables any registered business to call for pitches across a wide range of services, including IT services, marketing, design, PR, legal and accountancy.

MICROSOFT OFFICE
Microsoft has released its Office suite in app form, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Other Microsoft apps available on mobile including: OneNote, Skype, Lync 2013, OneDrive for Business and Yammer.
