New e-guide shows benefits of software and devices for students and teachers

Tech Data and Microsoft partner to help resellers target education sector

Distributor Tech Data has teamed up with Microsoft to produce an education e-guide for resellers.

The booklet shows resellers how they can make use of IT to help accelerate and impact on immersive learning experiences.

It also explains the importance of education and ways in which Microsoft is helping teachers protect their students online.

A Touch Device Finder is also included, which compares Windows devices to iPads and Chromebooks, as well as a visual tour of Tech Data’s Virtual Classroom.

Kirsty Prigmore, public sector marketing manager at Tech Data, said: “Education remains a key area of focus for Tech Data and we see new opportunities emerging for resellers all the time.

“Microsoft is a crucial player in education and the guide is a simple way to get up to speed on Microsoft’s activity and offerings in the sector and how Tech Data can help you to make the most of the opportunities.”

The distributor has also said that the guide will help resellers prepare for the heightened activity within the education sector during the summer.
