Lenovo has announced the appointment of Aymar de Lencquesaing as president of North America, and Eric Cador as president of EMEA.
The announcement follows a realignment of Lenovo’s business groups.
Lencquesaing, who was Lenovo’s president of EMEA, is being moved over the company’s North American arm.
During his time in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, he led Lenovo’s drive into the mobile space, and laid down the foundations for the company’s expansion plans.
Under his leadership Lenovo EMEA hit a record 19.7 per cent PC share in its financial third quarter, and achieved a 40 per cent year-on-year revenue increase.
Cador, who previously led HP’s PC business in EMEA, will step up as senior VP and president of EMEA from May 1st.
