Competition was fierce in this year’s PCR Awards Frontline category, with Overclockers UK and more picking up awards.
This category recognises excellence in consumer-focused organisations, including those on the High Street and online.
Overclockers (pictured) secured its place as the winner of PCR’s first System Builder award, thanks to the company’s achievements in the industry.
Etailer Ebuyer.com received the Online Retailer award, beating the likes of Shop Direct, Amazon and Scan Computers.
This year, John Lewis also fought off the competition again, having received the National Retailer award, which recognises any brick and mortar store in the UK with more than five stores.
The Independent Retailer award, which recognises any store with five or less stores, went to popular Scotland-based indie Utopia Computers again, while IT provider Stone received the Reseller award.
The PCR Awards was supported by Entatech (Headline Partner), VIP Computers (Drinks Reception Host), Exertis (Aftershow Party Host), Acer (Photobooth Partner), Smithie UK (Red Carpet Partner), BullGuard (Frontline Category Partner), Symantec (Vendor Category Partner), Intel (Gold Partner), Northamber (Gold Partner), AOC (Gold Partner), The PR Room (Gold partner), PXS Distribution (Gold Partner).
