Tim LeRoy has left retailer Novatech to start up his own company.
LeRoy was previously the head of marketing at Novatech, but has since founded his own organisation called DirtMeetsTheWater.
It aims to help new companies grow within their sector by providing expert advice on digital reputation, communication and sales tools.
LeRoy had worked at Novatech since 2010, where he started out as marketing manager for Novatech Business.
Prior to this he also worked as an account executive for Munro and Forster.
A Novatech spokesperson informed PCR that there was no replacement for LeRoy as of yet.
