Users can now share images and game clips via Twitter

VIDEO: Xbox One November update adds customised backgrounds and Twitter

Microsoft has revealed details for its upcoming November system update for Xbox One users.

The update will hit consoles in the preview test group soon, and adds new features including customised backgrounds.

The backgrounds will launch with a selection of pictures, plus the ability to customise based on achievements.

Users will also be able to share images and game clips as the update comes with Twitter.

As well as this, a new tab will be available in OneGuide that displays the top 20 most watched TV shows. The Live TV Trending list is also updated every minute.

Internet Explorer will also receive an update, which will allow users to snap from a full screen and move Internet Explorer into snap mode.

These new features will also launch for everyone during November, while Xbox One preview program members will have access to the update today.

This news comes after Microsoft cut the price of the console for the third time, making it £100 less than its launch price was back in November 2013.
