Wavex launches ‘London’s first’ Microsoft customer immersion experience

Ingram Micro UK has leveraged its Cloud division to support Wavex Technology’s interactive end user experience centre.

Claiming to be the first of its kind in London, the new experience incorporates a ‘7 steps to excellence’ programme designed to deliver a structured approach to answering the complex requirements of businesses in today’s market.

In bringing together the entire portfolio of Microsoft powered devices and services, with a focus on Office 365, the Wavex experience allows end users to refine and test their business requirements in real life scenarios that align to them.

Mark Williams, director of Wavex Technology commented: “We wanted to create a true user discovery experience where customers can understand and map how technology can help them work smarter while discovering new practices to improve efficiencies in their businesses.”

Ingram Micro UK has also launched a new security offering, IM Secure, to boost resellers’ revenues.
