Fujifilm brings smartphone case printing stations to UK retail

Fujifilm will be offering IDT Systems’ ‘Case Station’ to its UK retailers.

Case Station allows customers to produce personalised, 2D or 3D full wrap covers for smartphones and tablets in-store. The process can be completed in less than six minutes.

Fujifilm has approximately 1,400 retailers throughout the UK, including Boots, Asda and Morrisons as well as a large number of individual photo retailers.

“With our Fujifilm IMAGINE software, photo retailers can already offer their customers the ability to use their photographic images to create and order a whole range of products through the mobile app, online service or in-store kiosk," said Neill Harris, general sales and technical manager for Photo Imaging at Fujifilm UK Ltd.

"With IDT System’s solution, these same photo retailers will now be able add on the ability to create fantastic high quality 2D and 3D covers for a huge range of different smartphone and tablet devices."
