Kazam partners with Exertis Micro-P

Exertis Micro-P has announced a partnership agreement with mobile phone manufacturer, Kazam.

The deal will see the companies developing joint propositions for selected target markets.

Exertis Micro-P said that it chose Kazam because of “its focus on a complete service wrap for customers”.

Kazam currently offers customers Kazam Rescue, a call centre remote access service which aims to fix consumers’ devices in a single call, and Kazam Screen Repair, where consumers can have a cracked screen replaced for free in the first year of a device’s life.

Kazam was founded by former HTC executives Michael Coombes and James Atkins in November 2013.
