Firm adds new networking commercial manager to support extended distribution

Exertis Micro-P expands ZTE range

Exertis Micro-P has extended its distribution agreement with ZTE Corporation.

The distributor will now offer products from ZTE’s broader portfolio of home networking, mobility, video and audio conferencing solutions as well as wireless routers and switches.

These complement other services and products Exertis Micro-P already offers through its Networks and Unified Communications Business Unit.

Helping to maintain the success to date, and to support the extended distribution agreement, Exertis Micro-P has also added more resource internally with a new networking commercial manager.

Michael Thompson will be responsible for the ZTE account. In his role, he’ll manage business and marketing planning and, as part of that process, he will identify the most appropriate channels for the different ZTE technologies and products relative to whether they are aimed at retail or SMB markets.

“This is a great opportunity to engage with a very experienced and successful vendor team at ZTE. The breadth of technology available allows us to draw together and present first class products from across three of our Business Units,” commented Gavin O’Shea, Exertis Micro-P’s general manager, Networks and Unified Communications.
