Thermal solutions and accessories manufacturer Akasa has named Target Components as official UK distributor.
Target will be carrying Akasa’s range of coolers, fans, controllers, hubs and card readers.
The Akasa range will also be added to Target’s PC configurator, which is exclusive to Target customers and gives resellers the opportunity to provide bespoke solutions to end users, as well as lending an additional range of components to Target’s In-Store PC Builder.
Kevin Barber, Target’s head of purchasing, said: “We’ve seen demand for cooling rise as people use PCs for longer and for more processor-heavy applications like gaming. They also need more connectivity for accessories that aren’t always provided by the motherboard alone.
“Akasa’s range provides a host of attractively packaged products addresses a lot of these issues with high-quality, price-competitive solutions. Using the Custom PC Builder or In-Store PC Builder, resellers can add these as part of the build itself.”
