Midwich extends 3D print solutions with Sense scanner

IT distributor Midwich has announced it will now offer 3D Systems’ Sense 3D scanner.

Users can attach the Sense 3D scanner to a tablet or use it as a handheld device and walk around and scan entire objects or environments.

It has auto-optimised settings for objects large and small as well as automatic object recognition, which extracts precise targets from busy backgrounds.

The Sense scanner comes complete with software including crop, enhance and solidify tools, it can also prepare 3D printable files within minutes.
