Vtech Kidizoom smartwatch launched at Toy Fair

Vtech has unveiled a new smartwatch aimed at children.

The Kidizoom features a 1.4-inch touchscreen, 0.3MP camera, three built-in games and 20 different clock faces to choose from.

The Kidizoom also lets children edit photographs taken on the device and upload them to a PC.

It will be released later this year with a £39.99 price tag.

Earlier this week, KD UK (formerly known as InspirationWorks) unveiled what it calls the first smartphone for kids.

The Kurio Phone will launch later this year and come with a 480 x 800 four-inch screen, multi-core processor and 4GB of internal memory.
