Tell us about your company and what services it offers…
We are an independent IT company and have been in the industry for seven years. We have two retail stores in Nottingham offering services such as software repairs, laptop screen replacements and full motherboard level repairs.
We also offer a range of website design and IT support services for small to medium sized businesses.
Who are your customers?
Our customer base varies from residential to business customers, since we offer a diverse range of services to suite all business and residential industries.
How has business been?
Whilst our retail sales have been gradually slowing this year due to the rise of online merchants offering far more competitive pricing, we have noticed significant growth in other areas of our business.
Our IT support sector has grown considerably, allowing us to deliver IT solutions to both residential customers and business organisations. On the back of the IT support sector growth, we have also noticed growth in our website design and hosting division.
What’s coming up for you over the next year?
We have new processes being introduced in early 2014 which will offer our customers further discounts and a larger range of products and services to choose from, coupled with an online retail division. We envision a large growth in the service/repair sector whilst the hardware and software procurement side will become even more price sensitive.
