Office products and tech specialist splitting profit with indies

Office supplies etailer Viking targets indies

Viking – an office products and tech specialist – is letting independent retailers sell its products and take a cut of the profit.

The online retailer is offering a commission rate of up to ten per cent to independent stores who sign up as affiliate sellers.

It sells office supplies, stationery, paper, ink, computer accessories, games consoles, consumer electronics and more.

“Businesses know Viking and trust us, we’ve got wide brand recognition and we’re one of the leading online office supplier retailers, so there is great potential for traffic and revenue for any affiliate working with us,” Viking’s head of ecommerce David Coleman told PCR.

“Our programme offers fantastic earnings per click opportunities with highly competitive commission rates.”

Viking is owned by Office Depot, which supplies mid to large organisations and the public sector, while Viking is the direct mail and ecommerce channel for SMEs and schools.
