The supermarket will open click-and-collect points at six Underground stations

Asda click-and-collect at London Underground won’t include tech goods

London commuters will be able to pick up their Asda shopping at six tube stations in the Capitol.

The supermarket has reached a deal with Transport for London to open click-and-collect points in the car parks of East Finchley, Harrow and Wealdstone, High Barnet, Highgate, Stanmore, and Epping.

An Asda PR told PCR that consumer electronics and other tech products will not be available at the collection points but may be in the future.

So for now shoppers can only order groceries and a few select items from the supermarket’s ‘direct’ range.

Although electronics are not part of Asda’s click-and-collect service at the moment, the supermarket is making a name for itself as a supplier of tech and recently launched a new 3D printing service.
