Distribution contract for System Specific Memory agreed

Entatech and Kingston Technology announce new partnership

Entatech and Kingston Technology have announced a new business partnership.

The contract will allow the distributor to stock Kingston’s range of System Specific Memory (SSM).

The agreement bolsters a long relationship between the two firms, which began in 2008 and has resulted in year-on-year sales growth of Kingston’s SSD, memory and media products.

“Our relationship with Entatech has continued to go from strength to strength and this new business opportunity will enable our partnership to develop further,” commented Ann Keefe, Regional Director of UK and Ireland for Kingston.

“Kingston has a focus on the server and workstation sector with our pre-sales KingstonConsult service that is available to the channel and their enterprise clients. Since taking on the Fujitsu server range of products Entatech have demonstrated that they have the experience and knowledge to help us to grow this business further with their resellers within this sector.”

“We’re delighted to be extending our partnership with Kingston Technology even further with this new agreement,” added Jon Atherton, Director at Entatech.

“Since our launch over five years ago, our sales and customer base for Kingston products has continued to grow and I am more than confident that this will develop further with the sales of Kingston’s SSM memory."

Entatech has also announced an expansion of its CCTV and security product portfolio, to conincide with National Home Security Week.

The additions join a range of products from Nightwatcher, Securix and Swann, all of whom Entatech exclusively distributes, as well as alarms and locks from security company Yale.
