The first TV advert for the Samsung Galaxy Round has been unveiled – and it’s weird.
Created for Korean TV, the ad shows various items being gently caressed by a user’s thumb or index finger.
Items include an egg, a lemon, and everybody’s favourite – half an avocado.
Presumably the message behind the advert is if you’re the kind of person who likes to rub your thumbs all over your food in slow motion before you eat it, then this the phone for you.
Samsung says it is only making a limited number of Galaxy Round devices, so it’s unlikely that the smartphone will make its way to Europe or the US. However, the firm has promised that other curved phones will be released globally in the future.
