Distributor partners with Easymeeting and helps design the new TWS system

Midwich expands video conferencing offering

Tech distributor Midwich has partnered with Easymeeting to grow its video conferencing offering.

As well as Easymeeting’s hosted service, its product range includes the new TWS system which was designed with input from Midwich’s VC specialist Matthew Cook (pictured).

Midwich says TWS is "arguably the simplest ‘out of the box’ video-conference solution yet" and is ideal for small/medium business users as well as remote office locations.

The system has a wide angle optic and a silent operation mode which can be used for conference rooms or as a desktop system.

The TWS features a 1080p HD video resolution at 30fps (720p/60fps) and high fidelity audio.

Cook said: “We are delighted to be able to add Easymeeting to our video-conferencing portfolio. I know the Easymeeting team very well and I am confident that, coupled with Easymeeting’s own cloud service, the TWS product creates a powerful offering, bringing an easy to use and hassle-free video conferencing solution to the market.”

"Combining the TWS with a subscription to the Easymeeting cloud service, the entire solution is serviced, run and supported from a single source.”

Evan J. Andriopoulos, CEO of Easymeeting.net, added: "Easymeeting.net and Midwich together can leverage our combined experience into gaining an even greater footprint in the UK market.

"With our easy to use video conferencing system and services, Easymeeting.net and Midwich have a product and service that is market ready, battle tested and has been designed with the user in mind."
