Celebrities flocked to a launch event last night to celebrate the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch and the Galaxy Note 3 phablet in the UK.
Stars such as Jonathan Ross, Ellie Goulding and Sophie Ellis Bexter attended London’s Radio Rooftop Bar at ME Hotel, with Goulding performing live and Daisy Lowe performing an exclusive DJ set. Many were seen wearing the new watch, of course.

The Galaxy Gear smartwatch is compatible with the Galaxy Note 3 smartphone, Samsung’s latest update to its Galaxy Note product line. Both are available to buy in the UK from selected retailers as well as the Samsung Experience Store at Westfield Stratford City.
"The Galaxy Gear is set to become the ultimate fashion icon, bridging the gap between the mobile and fashion worlds," said Samsung in a statement. "It frees you from the need to constantly check your mobile phone as you receive notifications of incoming calls, text messages, emails and alerts on your Galaxy Gear. A built-in speaker means you can make hands-free calls and a camera also allows you to take photos."
"Celebrities" on the night included Jonathan Ross, Dominic Cooper, Nicola Roberts, Sophie Ellis Bexter and Richard Jones, Iggy Azalea, Donna Air, Union J, Lawson, Conor Maynard, Peaches Geldof, Zoe Hardman, Leah Weller, Samantha Barks, Ortise Williams, AJ Azari, Dionne Broomfield, Jorgie Porter, Jacqueline Jossa and Victoria Pendleton.
