Lenovo CEO to share over $3m bonus with workers

For the second year in a row, Lenovo’s chief executive officer Yang Yuanqing will share $3.25 million of his bonus with workers.

Around 10,000 Lenovo workers will be given a payment to thank them for their contributions to the company.

Lenovo posted revenue of $34 billion. Last year the firm overtook HP in the June quarter, and to celebrate, Yang gave $3 million from his bonus last year to workers.

Payment will be made to Lenovo staff in 20 different countries, although 85 per cent of the recipients are in China.
