Prestigio’s slimmest smartphone launches in August: the MultiPhone 5044 Duo

Prestigio is launching its slimmest ever smartphone next month which is just 8.4mm thick.

The MultiPhone 5044 Duo features a Quad Core processor and an 8.0 MP Camera, a 1280×720 HD quality display and it’s powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

It has a BSI rear camera with autofocus and flash, plus users can access high speed Wi-Fi or 3G mobile internet by connecting the 3G dongle and accessing thousands of apps from Google Play.

The MultiPhone also boasts "a long battery life" of 2000mAh.

"Users will be pleased by the speed of the smartphone and the instantaneous response to any actions," said Prestigio in a statement.

"A modern design, best quality and advanced features sum up the new Prestigio MultiPhone 5044 Duo."

The smartphone will be available at the beginning of August 2013 with an RRP of £199.99.

Products from consumer electronics firm Prestigio are distributed in the UK by parent company Asbis.
