UK IT distributor Entatech has announced that its new Southern office in Leatherhead is officially opened for business this week.
The new office is being headed up by sales office manager Dominic Hoskins, who will be focusing on ensuring the objectives of the new team are achieved.
Stewart Honeywill has been appointed business development manager and will be focusing on expanding the current business portfolio with new customers.
Product specialists, Oliver Moorby and David Smith will be focusing on server and storage solutions, in particular Fujitsu products with Microsoft attachments.
Dritan Smith, another product specialist, will primarily be focused on Microsoft products, in particular open licensing.
Hoskins, who has over 20 years of experience within the IT industry, commented: “This is an exciting venture to be a part of. Not only have we been given a new and exciting challenge, but it’s also great to be part of the future of Entatech as a whole. We’ve all thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the Head Office meeting the rest of the team and learning about the other vendors and wide product portfolio that Entatech distribute. We can’t wait to get stuck in and hope we can make the new office just as successful as the operations in Telford.”
Entatech has grown significantly over the past 12 months with ten new staff joining the Head Office in the sales and purchasing departments since January 2013.
In December 2012 Entatech announced plans to expand their current warehouse with a £1 million investment which would see them gain an extra 3000 pallet spaces. This is now in operation.
Jon Atherton, Entatech Vice President, commented on the recent developments in the company: “This is a very exciting time to be a part of the company. Entatech has continued to go from strength to strength each year and as we’ve grown internally – in terms of vendors and customers – it was a natural step for us to expand on a national scale. We’ve got a fantastic new team to support the establishment and growth of our new office and I’m confident that this is just one of many fantastic things to come for Entatech in 2013.”
