The day is finally here and the doors have opened at the PCR Boot Camp!

The day will begin with a morning conference, complete with speeches and panel sessions aimed at giving advice and guidance on how you can better connect with your customers.

Delegates will get the chance to polish their digital marketing strategies with advice from SEO specialist John Straw and digital marketing guru Peter McCormack.

GfK’s business group director, Nigel Catlow will be giving us the lowdown on the developments in the connected devices market, and former director general of the British Retail Consortium, Robert Stephenson, will be giving his appraisal of the current state of the retail market in the UK.

There will also be two panel session looking at how you can engage with customers before they enter your store and showing how you can maximise your opportunities once they’re inside.

This year’s Boot Camp is brought in association with Microsoft, and the vendor is keen to show retailers and resellers its range of products and services, not least of which will be an eye-catching and unmissable display in the Samuel Room. There will also be a number of breakout and training sessions throughout the day, showing how you can make the most of Microsoft’s various software platforms.

The afternoon will also feature an expo, with a huge range of brands brought to you by our platinum partners Prestigio, Entatech, Micro-P, Gem Distribution, Westcoast and JP Distribution; our gold parners Hama, Wasp, TP-LINK, KMS Components, Plantronics, VIP Computers, Genius, Hannspree, Philips, AOC, SanDisk, Synaxon; and our event partners CompTIA, Brigantia, Synology and Exponential-E.
