Entatech VP Jon Atherton has advised that customer service will be key for retailers as competition for market share grows stronger.
He told PCR: “Competition is fierce and exceptional customer service needs to be high on everyone’s priority. Companies need to identify and satisfy their customer’s needs and strive to give each customer the kind of personal service that’ll keep them coming back for more and build a loyal following.”
“Consumers will continue to expect more from both online and on the High Street with regard to price and convenience, and the competition to secure market share will be as strong as ever.”
Entatech will be on hand to talk to retailers about improving the customer experience and adding new vendor products to their portfoilios at PCR Boot Camp on May 29th.
"We have a double width stand this year so we can showcase as many of our brands involved as possible. People will be able to discuss their needs direct with our key vendors and Enta account managers. We will also be offering some fantastic giveaways and promotions from the likes of Microsoft, Fujitsu and Zotac, to name but a few!"
