That’s why one of the panel sessions at this year’s PCR Boot Camp event is designed to focus on this important topic.

Entitled: Engaging with customers before they even enter your store, the first panel will look at:
- How social media has changed (and will continue to change) the relationship between brand and consumer
- Leveraging technology to connect with customers
- How do you get customers through your doors, or clicking on your site?
- How do you attract non-traditional tech customers to your business?
