Synaxon appoints new business development managers

Synaxon has appointed two new business development managers to drive higher service levels for its 600-plus members, alongside opening a new partner portal.

Industry veterans Mark Hoole and Keith White (pictured, left to right) bring more than 25 years of channel experience to the organisation, the former having previously worked for WASP, Avnet and Micro-P, the latter with US Robotics and Ingram Micro. Both will be working in the field with resellers, helping them to get the best out of their Synaxon membership.

Synaxon has also just gone live with its new Partner Portal – a dedicated resource through which all members can access personalised information on promotions, discounts and services available to their business.

Derek Jones, managing director, Synaxon UK, said: “These additional investmentsare part of our on-going development plan and make good our promise to continually drive higher levels of service and engagement with members. Mark and Keith will be getting out on the road, meeting members and helping then to understand and access all the benefits of the services we offer. The Partner Portal is an additional and a valuable resource that will help all our members get rapid access to information on the services, promotions and special offers available to them.

“Everything we do is aimed at making our member’s businesses more sustainable and profitable – to help them buy better, sell more and reduce costs. That’s what the account management team is there to do and with these extra heads, we’ll be able to do even more of that, face-to-face with our members.”

The appointments mean that Synaxon now has four members of staff dedicated to working with members. Members who want to make an appointment with their BDM, can call Synaxon on 0844 481 5844 or email accountmanagers@synaxon.co.uk. To use the Partner Portal, members should go to www.synaxon.co.uk and click on the Member Log-in button on the top right of the screen.
