RIM CEO Thorsten Heins has announced at the BlackBerry 10 launch that as of today, Research In Motion becomes BlackBerry.
‘Innovation is at the heart of RIM. Today represents a new day in the history of BlackBerry,’ said Heins. “One brand, one promise.”
Today’s BlackBerry event showcased the firm’s new operating system, BlackBerry 10, as well as the first smartphones to feature the new OS – the BlackBerry Z10 and the BlackBerry Q10.
