Distributor showcases its increased investment in the channel's frontline

C2000 celebrates retail heroes at PCR Awards

Computer 2000’s Andy Dow has outlined the distributor’s commitment to the retail channel, as it becomes Frontline Category Partner at the PCR Awards 2013.

Group marketing director Dow commented: "We are proud to be associated with the PCR Awards in 2013. Our increased investment in support and logistics for high street and independent retail demonstrates our commitment to retail, and sponsorship of the frontline category makes a very public statement of our intentions in this key market."

The firm is keen to support this vital part of the channel, and sees a good opportunity at the PCR Awards, where the Frontline category is designed to celebrate heroes from indies to resellers and specialist chains.

The event is due to take place on Thursday March 14th 2013 at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington.

To book a table, you can visit www.pcr-awards.com or contact Hannah.Short@intentmedia.co.uk.

The PCR Awards are designed to give the PC/Tech retail industry the chance to applaud the commercial and creative success of the entire channel – from independent retailer and reseller, through distribution to blue chip hardware and software vendors.

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available. Please contact pcr-online-staff@transfer.pcr-online.bizfor details.

The event is already supported by Entatech as Platinum Partner, VIP Computers as Drinks Reception Host, Meroncourt as Vendor Category Partner, Micro-P as After-Show Party Host and Philips/MMD as Gold Partner, and now Computer 2000 as Frontline Category Partner.
