A year after entering the US market, the German gaming brand is looking to show off its latest gear at arguably the country’s biggest technology expo.
On offer at the convention will be the newly revealed Ryos gaming keyboard, ROCCAT’s first crack at the mechanical keyboard market.
Pegged as the new standard for mechanical keyboards, the Ryos features individual per-key lighting, which offers users a host of creative ways to display key information in-game, such as health and mana bars.
The keyboard ships complete with up to two 32-bit ARM Cortex processors, 2MB of internal flash storage and up to four different CHERRY MX key switches.
Other ROCCAT products on offer at this year’s CES include the Kone XTD and Pure gaming mice, Isku FX keyboard and the firm’s Power-Grid software, which allows users to control their PC via smartphone with a comprehensive set of controls.
In addition to standard navigation controls, the Power-Grid software also provides pre-set grids for a number of games including Starcraft 2, Skyrim and League of Legends, allowing gamers to play using their smartphone over a traditional mouse and keyboard set up.
Whilst pricing for the Ryos has yet to be announced, it is widely expected to ship in Q1 2013.
