Keep your PC, tablet and smartphone safe with Kaspersky’s new bundle

Kaspersky offers up security bundle

Kaspersky’s latest security software bundle offers protection for up to five devices.

The bundle includes licences for Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, along with Kaspersky for Android & PC. Both licences are for one user for one year.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 provides additional layers of protection during financial transactions, such as online banking and shopping, and using payment systems. The software uses the latest cloud data, anti-phishing technologies and a secure keyboard mode to keep your personal data from being stolen.

As well as this, Internet Security has advanced parental controls designed to help users ensure their children are safe and responsible online while they’re surfing the web, gaming and using social networks.

Along with Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, this bundle includes Kaspersky Security for Android & PC, which protects up to three PCs, one Android tablet and one Android smartphone.

Windows 8 ready, this software offers complete protection from viruses, cybercriminals and chat room predators for your desktops and laptops.

If you use your smartphone to bank, shop or do social networking, it could face the same threats as a PC. Kaspersky Security for Android & PC delivers internet security from the cloud. Apps and attachments are automatically scanned for viruses and other malware, and links in emails are checked against Kaspersky’s list of phishing sites.

If your phone is stolen, the software’s ‘Find’ function provides the approximate location of your phone on Google Maps. It can also send a custom warning message and take a mugshot of whoever has the phone in their possession.

If your missing phone’s sim card is replaced, ‘Sim Watch’ will report the new phone to you and give you the option to block your phone and wipe the data from it.

With the lines between different devices becoming more and more blurred, tablets need just as much protection as PCs do. So Kaspersky Security for Android & PC can provide anti-malware protection for your tablet.

Much like how the software protects your smartphone, it can also check for malicious apps on tablets. If your tablet becomes lost or stolen it can also be located on Google Maps using GPS, GSM or Wi-Fi, and then locked. You will then have the option of wiping any sensitive information.

The Kaspersky Security Bundle has an RRP of £44.99 and is available from Entatech, Gem Distribution, Koch Media, and Ingram Micro.
